Fittness environments don’t inspire everyone and that’s okay! In your personal session I will bring the studio to you! Whether you’re interested in Yoga, Meditation or personal training, feeling supported and empowered is the essence of my training style.

Whether you are healing from an injury and want to get moving again, or have a personal goal in mind, I will design a plan to get you there. One that is tailored to your interests to meet you where you are.

The practice of Yoga and Meditation is a journey not a destination. The same applies to fitness, each session will support your needs while enjoying a routine that becomes a healthy part of your life style.
